The Connecticut Art Gallery Is Looking For Paint Night Instructors/Businesses.
We are looking for artists to run creative paint nights at various venues across the state.
The artist keeps 80% of proceeds, the gallery takes 20%
The Connecticut Art Gallery Independent Contractor Agreement
The Connecticut Art Gallery is a division of Connecticut Real estate Brokerage LLC. Our goal is to open mixed use facilities through out the world. We will begin where we are with what we have. We have 3 primary locations in Thomaston, Suffield, and Middletown. We are adding classes as a means to expand foot traffic to the facilities.
Independent contractors will pay a 20% of event income to the facility “The Connecticut Art Gallery” to use our space and advertise on our websites and social media. Both parties agree to put forth a best effort to make the events a success. “Our space refers to any location we have an art gallery in. All payments will be through paypal so that it is easily trackable and the income can be verified for future expansion.
Contractors are responsibilities: Set up and clean up. Create paint night event on facebook, add Connecticut paint Night and The Connecticut Art Galleries as well as the location as cohosts. Supply fliers for locations to hang up . Both parties will work together to ensure the success of planned events. All events will be scheduled on our Google calendar. The calendar will cover all locations. The website calendar has been upgraded and independent contractors will be issued a username and password to edit the calendar as needed.
This agreement is to be considered a living document, it will be added to as we grow and implement procedures. Changes will be sent to all members for consideration before implementing. All contractors that join the team in 2022 will be consider founding members of the gallery. They will be provided with special social media badges and personal web pages on the gallery site. We will look to our contractors to grow and profit with us.
This agreement may be rescinded by either party with one-week written notice. Illegal, immoral or irresponsible actions may cause immediate termination.
